This initiative of the Cardiovascular Health Action Network is encouraged by the desire to swap the traditional Christmas basket of cane and non-perishable products for a fresh nutritious basket and thus encourage the families followed by the 180 Approach in their journey towards a mode healthy lifestyle in addition to offering them a respite during this period of inflation which particularly affects food security.
