Dr. Julie St-Pierre holds a postdoctoral diploma in physiology and endocrinology from Université Laval and a post-MD diploma in pediatrics from Université Laval. Dr. St-Pierre's expertise focuses on obesity and the management of children and adolescents at risk of cardiovascular disease. She has also pursued post-MD training in lipidology. Dr. St-Pierre is the founder of the Cardiovascular Health Action Association and Approach 180.

In the course of his professional activities, François-Simon has had the opportunity to take part in complex contractual and business negotiations requiring rigor, tact and pragmatism. François-Simon is delighted to be involved in the social mission of the Cardiovascular Health Action Association.

Passionate, Marie-Hélène Lafond has been a government affairs specialist and strategic analyst at Fondaction since 2021. Committed and forward-thinking, she has contributed to the development of Greater Montreal's international business community as co-founder and former president of Connexion internationale de Montréal, as well as having chaired the Cercle des jeunes leaders du Forum économique des Amériques. Her talents as a communicator and her vast expertise in government policy and public affairs are unique assets for the organization.

Carl Thibault is Groupe Investor's Quebec Vice-President. He has a background in accounting and is also an MBA professor at Université Laval. He is an excellent communicator. He is very committed to children's causes and has extensive experience with various NPOs. His extensive business network in the greater Quebec City area, as well as elsewhere in the province, ensures high visibility for the organization.
